Food Truck Application and Payment

Belleview Station is a covenant-controlled area and all Food Trucks wishing to serve in the area must complete the application form below and pay the required $10 Food Truck Flat Rate.  Additionally, the area is limited to 3 Food Trucks per day unless under a special event permit. Permission will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

(Note all Food Trucks who wish to be on private property within Belleview Station must work with property owner to gain access and to remit the $10 Food Truck Flat Rate.)

Approval will be based on Denver zoning and public works rules along with payment of the fee. You will receive a confirmation email and payment request upon acceptance.

By submitting this application, I confirm that I have a current Retail Food Mobile License issued by the City of Denver.
