Our Vision

Our vision for Belleview Station is to create a dynamic new town center where the city meets the suburbs.

Ideally situated on the I-25 corridor, Belleview Station is a multi-modal mixed-use development and transportation gateway – with easy access for Light Rail, RTD, two major highways, local streets, bicycles and pedestrians.  Built under a sustainable, smart and long-term master plan, Belleview Station will be a walkable district with generous open space, distinct urban residences, build-to-suite office and commercial, cutting edge shopping and dining, parking and premium hotels.  Residents, office workers and visitors to Belleview Station will have an authentic experience unlike anything on the Front Range.

In short, Belleview Station will become the new heart at the intersection of the DTC and the City of Denver – a new kind of meeting place that will redefine metro area patterns — a place where people can work, play, shop, dine and live under the Colorado sky and with extraordinary views of the Rocky Mountains.

Meet us there.

One Master Developer

Front Range Land and Development is the master developer for Belleview Station.  One owner with the vision, the plan and the time to change the game in southeast Denver.

Bansbach Family

Leaving a Legacy

The land for Belleview Station has been owned by the Bansbach family – a pioneer Colorado family – for more than 125 years.

These 51 acres are what remain of the family quarter-section homestead. The surrounding area, which is now a good part of the Denver Technological Center, had been farmed and ranched by the family since the late 1800s.

Because Belleview Station is on the last parcel of the family farm, the Bansbach family and Front Range Land and Development have a deep commitment to leave a lasting legacy. The vision for Belleview Station is nothing short of creating a place that lives in the hearts and minds of the greater community as the urban center of the DTC and the southern gateway to the City of Denver.
