"The Street is the Living Room of the community"

Newport St. and Layton Ave. are Belleview Station’s shopping streets.  Carefully designed for comfort, window shopping, and walkability, they connect a well curated collection of ground floor retailers (Retailers) and link the community to the transit station. During summer months, the streets are designed to transform into People + Produce farmers markets on Sundays (People & Produce). With sidewalks wide enough for restaurant patios and street trees reaching maturity, the daily commuters can expect an authentic, but well maintained, urban experience unique in the area. From graphics to pavers, the streetscape experience has been designed to surprise and delight. A riot of color, our gardens have been sculpted from indigenous and sustainable species.
